| Plant Name | | HELIANTHEMUM Apricot Pink | | Plant Description | | The Helianthemum are a favourite of mine, & for many years I had a very large collection.
All gone now, but slowly I am building up another selection of my favourites, among
which is this very sweet little apricoty-pink single.
I don't know the name, & this is only a borrowed picture until I can get a nice one of my parent plant.
Shrubby growth in a rounded bush to about 40cm high, spread when adult, 70-80cm.
the main flowering is spring & into summer. Deadheading, altho
sometimes a little tedious, does extend the bloom period considerably.
They make a useful fall over a wall, or a dense mat at the foot of a large bush or rose.
Full sun, or light partial shade, average conditions with a good soak
when conditions get really dry.
Once flowering is done, trim over lightly with shears,
& sometimes you will get a small autumn flowering.
Evergreen, hardy, easy to grow. PB 2 size $8.00. 1 left.
